- SAFETY FIRST -
Our items are not toys and therefore not suitable for wearing by children under 3 years. Adult supervision is always required.
All necklaces have breakaway clasps, so if tugged will release at the clasp and not break the cord.
Purchaser assumes all safety responsibilities.

- PAYMENT -
We only accept PayPal (which includes credit cards). This is the safest payment method for you and us - just make sure your shipping address is up to date as you are responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping.

You the purchaser are responsible for any additional costs incurred outside of the transaction which may include local Customs fees.

By purchasing, you agree you have read and understand all of our postage information and shop policies and that you agree to them.

- POSTAGE -
We provide flat rate postage which means you can purchase any number of items and still only pay the one rate. If your country is not listed, please contact us for shipping costs.

All Australian orders come with an individual tracking number.

All items are posted using Australia Post and costs are what is considered fair for all packing materials, postage and lodgement. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Express shipping begins once the order is received by the service provider. All of these orders still hold the regular order processing time of 1-3 business days.

Please refer to your local customs for average delivery times and additional costs that may be required for your country prior to purchasing - as you the purchaser are responsible for. 

There are no guarantees for shipping times - this means we have no control of delivery times and unforeseen delays while your order is with the service provider.

Please refrain from asking us how long your order will take to arrive. This is in their control in the appropriate country. Please refer to their individual information. 

We have the right at any time to request additional postage payment amounts for large or heavy orders requiring to be sent in the next size or weight class. You will be notified prior. 

- REFUNDS - 
By purchasing, you agree you have read and understand all of our postage information and shop policies and that you agree to them.

All sales are final and we do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind or additional costs incurred outside of the transaction.

All items are carefully checked prior to sending to make sure they are of good standard.

Once orders are posted, they leave our control and therefor we are not responsible for any items that are late, lost or damaged in the post.
